And The Winner Is…

Over the last 10 years we've worked with many business owners in over 35 different industries.

Working with so many people, with different personalities, I've learned that there is one thing, and one thing only that produces results.  Taking action… fast and consistently!

Having been to five of these evenings so far, both Barbara and I have been blown away with the amount of knowledge these two have.  And the generosity of spirit where they share with the audience what they're doing, their successes and equally importantly their failures.

Having spoken with a number of attendees (many of whom are already clients) who regularly turn up, the consistent comment is, "These guys give so much value.  They share so much of their knowledge.  There are other seminars out there where they charge $5,000 and don't give as much value.  And all this for $10 a 2 hour session!"

But attendees didn't know they could have Victor and Steve source undervalued properties from them!  And this is where they make their money – not a $10 seminar!

So we worked with Victor and Steve to structure the presentations correctly, so people know that there is something for sale (access to properties they've negotiated excellent prices).

Now a high percentage of new attendees sign up with them so they can take advantage of the strategies and buy property often between 10% and 20% below market value.  As Steve very eloquently put it last night, "You make your money on the way in – not waiting for some capital growth over the years."

Now obviously not every attendee signs up the first time they attend.  Some come back multiple times before they take action.  They need time to "incubate".  Time to mix with other people doing it already.  Time to build up trust in Victor and Steve and above all, that they themselves can do it as well.

A brilliant example of education and values based marketing.  You teach people what you know.  You give them tremendous value.  And they reciprocate with their trust and do business with you.

Yes, there are some people who will take your information and do it themselves.  And frankly that's great.  Because you use these people as shining examples of the value you provide.

But the vast majority will want you to help them as they don't have the time or real experience to do it themselves and it's better to pay an expert.

So ask yourself.  What can you do to provide more value based information to your market?  How can you show them that you are the expert in your field and that they should naturally come to you?
