“My product or service is complex and I need to speak to people to get interest.”

Sure you do.

However, a well written letter does the initial qualification for you. It’s designed to raise awareness and interest with your prospects.

So when you do call, you’re likely to get a warmer response. Your prospect already knows something about your product or service and how you can help.

“Why can’t I just write this myself?”

Well you could. However is writing your forte? Can you get your message out on paper in an emotionally compelling way? Do you even have time given all the other stuff you need to get done?

“Will it be in my voice – or will it be marketing speak and full of hype?”

We do a lot of research both into your product or service and you! So we write the letter in a conversational style, that reads as if you’re having a personal conversation with your prospect.

The letters average 850 to 1000 words and are written in a flowing conversational style that’s easy to read.

The letter will be formatted for a physical promotion and could include images which you supply (or we find, as appropriate).

As it generally takes at least 2-3 touches for someone to respond, we’ll also produce two variations so that you can follow up prospects who don’t respond the first time.

You can of course use the letters as part of an email or fax campaign as well.

You tell us what you want to sell more of and who your target market is.

You send us any marketing material you’ve got on the topic and we’ll use it as the basis for a new promotion.

If you don’t have any material, we’ll create it from scratch.

In any event, we’ll have a brainstorm session with you (over the phone), so we can fully understand the features and benefits of your product, what problem you’re solving for your clients, and how to best approach them.

We’ll look for the “hook” – what would get a prospect excited about your offer.

We’ll offer suggestions to improve the offer, add enticements, bonus offers etc.
