Strategy and Plans

You have a great future because you understand that success is a process, not an event.

You’ve determined your vision. Now you need a strategy to achieve it. You need goals along the way that show you that you’re moving forward and the landscape’s changing.

“Armies never go into battle without a plan. Coaches don’t send their players into a game without a plan. Chef’s don’t begin preparations for a great meal without a plan. And you can’t start down the road to success without a plan either.” Zig Ziglar.

Planning is where the rubber meets the road. It’s all about action and moving. It’s impossible to steer a stationary ship, and a ship without power moves with the vagaries of the wind and tide.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. What’s your first step going to be? What are the intermediate locations, and when are you going to get there? What are the logistics involved and the contingency plans?

Milestones along your path

Bear in mind, plans are theoretical, until you start taking action. Goals are milestones along your journey. They provide direct feedback and measure your progress and achievements with respect to your plans. Setting realistic, achievable goals is vital to your progress and ultimate success. If your goals are unattainable, or indeed too easy, you risk either your plans failing, or your under achieving respectively. Either way, your vision has not been achieved.

As your coach, I commit to helping you strategise and plan realistically, set intermediate and long term goals, and keep you on track with firm encouragement and the necessary flexibility. Together we juggle the challenges you will face on your journey.

Defined Programs

Our Contribution to making the world a better place:

We donate 10% and more of our total gross income to charities including Opportunity International who specialise in giving people a hand up rather than a hand out.

This is done via enabling the poorest of the poor to create micro businesses that support not only themselves, but up to 70-80 people in their local communities.

In other words, teaching them how to fish and finding new fishing grounds.
