Effective Recruiting

As you would be aware, a high staff turnover costs you money.

Hiring the right people, first time round, who are culturally aligned with your organisation can increase the probability that they will stay… directly and positively impacting your bottom line.

How do you know that the people you hire today will fit in with your culture and values from the word go? While they may be suitable for the job today, will these employees be suitable for those future positions that you haven’t even thought of yet? Will they have sufficient behavioural flexibility to cope with new directions and changing cultures in your organisation?

Hiring personnel is predominately a risk management exercise. Although the risk cannot be entirely eliminated, we help you to reduce it by offering two services in the area of effective recruiting.

Interviewing

Hiring technically competent people is only one part of the equation. Your employees must fit into the organisational culture and possess a personality style suitable to the position.

Together with you, we select suitable candidates from your short list who fit all your criteria for the position. We ensure that the person ultimately employed will fit with the culture of the organisation, as well as the management style of the immediate manager.

Our methodology includes behavioural assessment, (MBTI, DISC), interviewing and situational analysis.  Our aim is to discover the potential of a prospective employee and how to activate it.

Training

We do offer formal training in how to "read" people.  Our training delves deeper than traditional behavioural interviewing techniques and teaches your managers how to determine a candidate’s values and beliefs from the answers given. This will allow more detailed, directed questioning, which in turn will lead to a better long-term hiring choice.

Defined Programs

Our Contribution to making the world a better place:

We donate 10% and more of our total gross income to charities including Opportunity International who specialise in giving people a hand up rather than a hand out.

This is done via enabling the poorest of the poor to create micro businesses that support not only themselves, but up to 70-80 people in their local communities.

In other words, teaching them how to fish and finding new fishing grounds.
