You can’t be a leader if no one is willing to follow you. Notice, I said “follow you”, not dragged along by you, kicking and screaming!
To be a good leader, you must first be a good follower.
What are the attributes of an outstanding leader?
While a lot of these attributes are “being” values which traditionally are hard to teach (ergo, the maxim, “leaders are born, not made”), we believe that our experiential courses which incorporate a lot of personal development engender these values.
Our Exemplary Leadership is not traditional training. While significant change
occurs during the course modules, the lasting change happens over time, facilitated
by an ongoing process of leadership
coaching.
Our Contribution to making the world a better place:
We donate 10% and more of our total gross income to charities including Opportunity International who specialise in giving people a hand up rather than a hand out.
This is done via enabling the poorest of the poor to create micro businesses that support not only themselves, but up to 70-80 people in their local communities.
In other words, teaching them how to fish and finding new fishing grounds.
