As you would be aware, a high staff turnover costs you money.

Hiring the right people, first time round, who are culturally aligned with your organisation can increase the probability that they will stay… directly and positively impacting your bottom line.

Interviewing is an art which is fraught with pitfalls should you get it wrong.

As a front line or senior manager, it may be your responsibility to decide on whom to hire.

While it’s a given that the person needs to have the technical skills to perform the tasks, you will need the person to fit with your culture, leadership and management style. This is where our training can be of direct and tangible benefit to you.

Rapidly and accurately eliciting a candidate’s behavioural style (MBTI, DISC) using verbal questioning only. This will indicate how they will fit with your team, how to manage them, how they think and are likely to act.

We donate 10% and more of our total gross income to charities including Opportunity International who specialise in giving people a hand up rather than a hand out.

This is done via enabling the poorest of the poor to create micro businesses that support not only themselves, but up to 70-80 people in their local communities.

In other words, teaching them how to fish and finding new fishing grounds.
