Group Coaching

If you are part of a group, be it an association or a team reaching for a common goal, you may be fragmented in your approach, strategy and direction. Often an external moderator, utilising Group Coaching will get your team back on track.

By focusing resources, group coaching allows the group to bring all its resources to bear on an issue. This is a case where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

Using a facilitator who acts as an independent, non judgemental observer assists the group in keeping on course, so that efficient use is made of the time available, leading to a quicker resolution of issues.

Having a Coach ensures that each person is encouraged to contribute to the group’s success.

Our Contribution to making the world a better place:

We donate 10% and more of our total gross income to charities including Opportunity International who specialise in giving people a hand up rather than a hand out.

This is done via enabling the poorest of the poor to create micro businesses that support not only themselves, but up to 70-80 people in their local communities.

In other words, teaching them how to fish and finding new fishing grounds.
