Once we have a starting point, we jointly decide on your outcome, and most importantly, how you will know that you have achieved it. Our aim is for tangible, quantifiable results for you and your business.
Our next step is to put together a strategy to enable you to achieve these results. This is accomplished using a combination of training, consulting and coaching as required.

Our New Business Owner program is designed to dramatically shorten your learning curve by allowing you to draw on our expertise and experience, gained working with many different businesses.
Depending on where you are, and where you want to get to, the program will be tailored to your individual requirements. Minimum duration is 3 months, however, 6 to 12 months is the norm.

Our Contribution to making the world a better place:
We donate 10% and more of our total gross income to charities including Opportunity International who specialise in giving people a hand up rather than a hand out.
This is done via enabling the poorest of the poor to create micro businesses that support not only themselves, but up to 70-80 people in their local communities.
In other words, teaching them how to fish and finding new fishing grounds.
